3 OZ Pineapple SHOKi
.75 OZ Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 Coconut Water
1 OZ Banana Mint Simple Syrup
Shake hard all ingredients and strain over fresh ice in a rock glass
Garnish with mint sprig and fresh nutmeg.
Banana Mint Syrup
1/2 a cup of dried wild thai bananas or just dried bananas and 5 mint leaves. 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water and bring to a boil and let it cool for 30 minutes. Can last for 7 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
